The goal of B.A.T. Performance is to make each athlete and individual as efficient and effective as possible both on and off the field.

By assessing strengths and weaknesses of the body, B.A.T. Performance takes an approach of breaking down and attacking weaknesses head on while also addressing strengths in order to promote prehabilitation, strength & power, conditioning, speed, and agility.

By forcing the athlete to correct their weaknesses instead of compensating around their strengths, it raises the individual’s baseline of general physical preparedness (how effective are they off the bench) on the field while competing, and also in the weight room while preparing for the season.

When you stay ready, you never need to get ready.

Equipment

This type of training does not require a commercial gym full of machines that specify one muscle group.

The bare essentials for this type of training is room to move, and a foundational mindset.

I train anywhere. Turf or grass fields, parks, basketball courts, or your own home; performance training is about mastering the movement of your body.

Using plyometrics, resistance bands/belts, hurdles, and cones, you will get a workout that will improve your movement patterns, balance, mobility, power, and speed.
